The Role:

Join Smokeball's Marketing team as Senior ABM and Campaign Manager and own our always-on campaign calendar — product launches, offers, events and webinars — plus Account-Based Marketing (ABM) into large law firms (20+ users) as a major, ongoing stream. You'll set the strategy, brief the specialists and vendors who deliver it, and be accountable for the results, acting as the Head of Marketing's trusted deputy across the team.

Responsibilities:

- Set campaign strategy and own the annual and quarterly calendar across launches, ABM, brand campaigns, offers and events — sequencing activity so it lands coherently across channels.
- Own ABM strategy for our named target account list: account journeys, signal-triggered outreach and the shared cadence with Sales and RevOps, including the ABM playbook.
- Brief and coordinate the specialists and vendors who execute each channel, running weekly WIPs to track progress and unblock issues.
- Monitor and report on pipeline, engagement and channel performance using Salesforce and other marketing tools, and run post-campaign reviews.
- Keep campaign and lead data clean — naming, tracking and Salesforce hygiene — in partnership with RevOps and Sales.
- Keep Sales briefed on activity and build the enablement collateral (one-pagers, talk tracks, customer stories) they need to convert engagement into pipeline.




- Act as the Head of Marketing’s deputy, representing Marketing and owning day-to-day decisions when needed.
- Champion AI-forward ways of working across the team, staying an early adopter of tools that genuinely help.

Qualifications:

- 5-7 years leading integrated B2B campaigns end to end, ideally with ABM exposure, and a strong track record as a project/program manager.
- Strong reporting instincts, pipeline, engagement and win-rate analysis turned into a clear story.
- Confident with Salesforce (or a comparable CRM), web analytics, UTM hygiene and cross-functional work with Sales, RevOps and Global Marketing.
- Extremely AI-forward: you use AI to improve your own work and bring others along.
- Legal tech/B2B SaaS, intent tools (e.g. Factors.ai, Clay), marketing automation (HubSpot/Marketo/Pardot) or Notion experience all a plus.
