The prospect

You'll advise on energy markets, energy reform, project and infrastructure development, energy M&A;, and project financing for energy assets, alongside regulatory advice and market design work spanning the entire energy sector.

About the team

You'll be joining a Future Energy practice ranked Band 1 in Chambers, recognised for the depth and breadth of its expertise. The team works alongside leading Partners who advise investors, corporates, governments, and regulators on transactions spanning the energy transition, sustainability, and infrastructure sectors. This is a team at the genuine forefront of one of the most important shifts in the Australian economy.

What you'll bring

- A genuine passion for future energy and the energy transition
- A willingness to be challenged,



and to think creatively and laterally
- Previous experience in a comparable role at a law firm (a desire to retrain into energy is welcome, but legal experience is essential)
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to deliver prompt, commercially astute advice
- A team-first mindset, building strong internal relationships and facilitating effective collaboration
