We are growing our Building Services team and looking for an experienced Senior BIM Designer to join our MEP team in Brisbane. This is a BIM leadership role at a project level, not a production-only position. You will take responsibility for MEP BIM delivery across a diverse project portfolio, lead multi-discipline coordination, represent ADP in client-facing and design team meetings, and bring genuine knowledge of ISO 19650 to how projects are set up and run.

What is your role?

You will take the lead on BIM delivery at a project level across ADP's MEP disciplines in Brisbane. That means establishing and mobilizing Revit projects correctly from the start, leading multi-discipline coordination, managing clash detection using your preferred coordination tool, and representing ADP's BIM capability in client and design team meetings throughout the project lifecycle.

You will bring working knowledge of ISO 19650 and apply it practically to how projects are structured, governed and delivered. Beyond project delivery, you will help shape the BIM environment across the Brisbane team, contributing to standards, workflows and templates that raise the quality and consistency of BIM output across all disciplines.

About You

- You are a senior BIM professional who is comfortable in the room with clients and design teams as well as in the model.

You understand MEP systems well enough to lead their coordination effectively, you know how to set a project up correctly from day one, and you bring a working knowledge of ISO 19650 that goes beyond awareness into practical application. You want a role where your BIM expertise drives real project outcomes.

- You have demonstrated experience in MEP BIM leadership at a project level, taking responsibility for BIM delivery rather than contributing to it.
- You maintain a high level of communication across project teams, ensuring clarity in direction and setting expectations.
- You cultivate an inclusive and collaborative team environment that encourages open dialogue mentoring and sharing of knowledge.
- You have a strong working knowledge of multi-discipline coordination principles and are confident managing the process across MEP services.
- You are able to set up Revit projects correctly from the outset, including establishing project parameters, templates, shared coordinates and work-sharing environments.
- You have a practical understanding of ISO 19650 and have applied it on live projects, not just read about it.




- You are proficient in at least one coordination platform such as Navisworks, Revizto, Forma or Solibri, and you are comfortable leading clash detection and resolution processes.
- You strengthen client relationships through the delivery of superior BIM documentation and support, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project goals.
- You are experienced in client-facing meetings and design team coordination sessions, and you represent BIM clearly and credibly to non-specialist audiences as well as technical ones.
- The following are advantageous but not required: experience with Revit plugins such as DiRootsOne, RFTools or Dynamo; previous contractor experience and documentation for site; and demonstrated implementation of asset data in a BIM environment, including COBie, Uniclass 2015 or client-specific schemas.
