Senior Commercial Account Manager - Surveillance & Electronic Security

Our client is a technology business with a strong and growing presence in the Australian surveillance and security market. With a product portfolio spanning IP cameras, NVRs, video management software and integrated surveillance platforms, they deliver enterprise-grade security solutions to commercial clients across the country.

POSITION A Senior Commercial Account Manager position is now available to drive channel growth & lead the team across NSW.

- Identify, develop and recruit new channel partners, installers and distributors across the region.
- Develop a deep understanding of the product range and pitch the right solutions to the right customers.
- Actively seek project opportunities through distributors, channel partners and installers.
- Work closely with the internal team using demonstrations, product trials and proof of concept to close deals.
- Manage pipeline and forecasting through CRM.
- Represent the business at industry events, exhibitions and roadshows.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- Experience in business development or account management within electronic security or IT
- Technical background across video surveillance, IT networking or wireless communications
- Proven track record of new partner recruitment & channel development
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel domestically as required
- Australian citizen or permanent resident with full working rights
