About the Role

As a Warranty Coordinator at Kia Australia, you’ll play a key role in supporting our national dealer network by providing expert advice, explicit decision‑making and practical guidance across warranty matters. You’ll ensure warranty claims are processed accurately and consistently, while upholding Kia’s Warranty Policies and Procedures.

Working closely with dealers and internal stakeholders, you’ll contribute to continuous improvement and help deliver an exceptional aftersales experience.

Key Responsibilities

Process and adjudicate warranty claims and Prior Work Approvals (PWAs) in accordance with Kia policies and procedures.

Review submitted warranty claims to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with warranty requirements.

Coordinate the resolution of warranty-related enquiries and issues, providing timely support to dealers via phone and email.

Liaise with internal departments and dealer personnel to facilitate efficient claim processing and issue resolution.

Maintain accurate warranty records and documentation within relevant systems.





Identify opportunities to improve warranty processes and contribute to ongoing operational efficiencies.

About You

You’re detail‑oriented, customer‑focused and confident working with dealers and technical information. You enjoy problem‑solving and contributing to process improvements in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Skills & Experience

2-3 years’ experience in a dealership or distributor environment (preferred).

Previous experience in warranty administration, warranty claims processing or a similar coordination role.

Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately review and process documentation.

Confident communicator with a collaborative and customer-focused approach.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Willingness to travel when required.
