As a Senior Officer you will:

- Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise, and coordinate work effectively, adapting approaches as needed to achieve outcomes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess information, identify key issues, and recommend practical solutions.
- Proven experience providing sound advice and supporting informed decision-making in complex environments.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with a track record of building productive relationships and influencing positive outcomes.
- Commitment to continuous improvement, collaboration, and knowledge sharing to enhance services, processes, and team capability.

To be successful, you’ll have:

- Demonstrated relevant experience, specialist knowledge, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and professional expertise.
- Proven ability to provide informed advice, exercise sound judgement, and deliver quality outcomes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare clear, concise and accurate written communications
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, with experience building productive relationships across diverse groups.
- Sound understanding of policies, governance, and compliance frameworks, with experience working collaboratively across teams to achieve shared objectives.
