The Senior Project Manager leads the delivery of major projects or a portfolio of complex remedial works, holding overall accountability for safety, quality, program, and financial performance. The role oversees project teams from inception to completion, ensuring all works comply with contractual, legislative, and RM Watson requirements.

Location/s include Northern Beaches, North Shore, Sydney CBD.

Responsibilities

- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
- Extensive experience delivering commercial construction projects, ideally in remedial or façade works.
- Sound knowledge of construction contracts, building standards and project delivery.
- Proven leadership of project teams, subcontractors and client relationships.
- Strong commercial, contractual and project management skills.
- Excellent communication, planning and problem-solving abilities.




- Experience with Procore or similar project management systems.
- Current Driver's Licence and White Card.
