Your Role Take the reins of a refined and well-structured local portfolio. With premium tools, first-class processes, and strong admin support, you’ll focus on delivering white-glove service to clients while maintaining control,
clarity, and balance in your workload.
Key Responsibilities:
- Property Management with an assistant, leasing & admin support
- Coordinating maintenance, inspections, and compliance
- Managing rent reviews, arrears, and lease renewals
- Building lasting relationships with discerning landlords and tenants
- Using top-tier software to stay organised and efficient
What You Bring
- Previous experience in property management
- A client-first mindset with premium service standards
- Strong time management and multitasking ability
- Polished communication and interpersonal skills
- QLD Certificate of Registration
- Current driver’s licence
