What is the chance?

As Keystone continues to grow, they are looking for an experienced Property & Commercial Lawyer to join their Sydney team.





This is an opportunity for an established lawyer with 5+ years’ PAE who is comfortable managing their own matters and clients, while working alongside an experienced and collaborative team.

The role will provide exposure across a broad range of property and commercial matters, including:

- Commercial property transactions
- Property acquisitions and disposals
- Commercial and retail leasing
- Property development matters
- Business sales and acquisitions
- Commercial agreements and contracts
- General commercial advisory work

You’ll have the autonomy to manage matters from start to finish, work directly with clients and become a trusted adviser to businesses across a range of industries. Importantly, this isn’t about simply filling a seat. Keystone is continuing to grow, and they are looking for someone who wants to become an important part of the firm, contribute their experience and build strong, long-term client relationships.

hat You’ll Need to Succeed

- 5+ years’ PAE with solid experience across property, commercial law or a combination of both.
- Strong property experience, particularly commercial transactions and leasing.
- Commercial thinking – you understand that clients want practical solutions, not just technically correct legal advice.
- Confidence managing matters independently and taking ownership of client relationships.
- Strong communication skills – clear, practical and comfortable dealing directly with business owners and senior stakeholders.
- A team mindset – collaborative, approachable and willing to contribute to the broader success of the firm.
- Attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
- A genuine interest in building your career with a growing firm.
