- Precision cutting — full range of cutting techniques across all hair types
- Colour artistry — balayage, highlights, full colour and creative work
- Hair extensions — application, maintenance and client consultation




- Client relationships — building lasting connections with a loyal, returning clientele

About you:

- High-level technical skills across cutting, colouring and extensions
- Genuine warmth, professionalism and respect for both clients and the business
- A collaborative attitude and respect for the team around you
- Pride in your work and a desire to keep growing your craft
- Industry qualifications (Certificate III in Hairdressing or equivalent) with solid senior-level experience
