Role: Senior Test Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Test Analyst to join a leading organisation in Adelaide. The role will be part of a Test Services team and will be responsible for delivering high-quality testing outcomes across complex and highly integrated IT projects.

The successful candidate will have solid experience in Oracle CRM / Oracle Sales and Service Cloud, requirements analysis, test planning and execution, and working within Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Take ownership of end-to-end testing deliverables and work independently and proactively.
- Lead complex testing activities across large and highly integrated solutions.
- Analyse business and system requirements and develop comprehensive test scenarios and cases.
- Create, execute and document functional, non-functional, system integration, E2E, regression and UAT testing.
- Develop Master Test Plans, Detailed Test Plans, Test Summary Reports, Test Incident/Defect Reports, Test Cases, Test Scenarios and Traceability Matrices.
- Work collaboratively with Agile and cross-functional project teams.
- Develop robust test plans and provide guidance to project teams to achieve testing objectives.
- Monitor, measure and report testing progress, risks, defects, test results and overall product quality.
- Manage defect identification, tracking, reporting and triage using Jira.
- Use Jira and Zephyr for test case creation, execution, dashboards, traceability and defect management.
- Facilitate UAT activities and support business stakeholders through testing and final sign-off.
- Identify opportunities to improve requirements, design and testing processes.
- Maintain strong communication with project teams,



business stakeholders and clients throughout the testing lifecycle.

Key Skills & Experience

- Strong experience as a Senior Test Analyst or Test Practice Specialist.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle CRM and/or Oracle Sales and Service Cloud.
- Strong requirements analysis and test planning experience.
- Experience across Functional Testing, UI Testing, SIT, E2E, Regression and UAT.
- Experience with non-functional testing and cross-browser testing.
- Strong experience in writing and executing test cases for System Testing, SIT, E2E and UAT.
- Hands-on testing experience prior to facilitating UAT and business sign-off.
- Strong hands-on experience with Jira and Zephyr.
- Experience creating test dashboards, traceability matrices and defect reports.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise workloads and manage multiple project demands.
- Experience working in Agile and high-pressure project environments.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies, QA principles and best practices.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in Information Technology, Information Systems or a related discipline.
- ISTQB Foundation certification or equivalent is mandatory.
