Contract | Melbourne | 3 Days Onsite | CloudMarc

CloudMarc is looking for an experienced Senior Test Analyst with strong retail and complex integration testing experience to join a major enterprise program in Melbourne.

This role is suited to someone who has worked across complex retail environments where multiple systems, platforms, APIs and downstream applications need to work together seamlessly.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for:

- End-to-end testing across complex retail integrations.
- Testing integrations between multiple enterprise systems and applications.
- Functional, integration, system, regression and E2E testing.
- Validating APIs, interfaces, data flows and system-to-system integrations.
- Developing detailed test scenarios, test cases and test data.
- Identifying integration risks, dependencies and potential failure points.
- Managing defects through investigation, triage and resolution.
- Working closely with developers, BAs, product teams and other delivery teams.
- Supporting test execution across complex releases involving multiple systems.
- Providing clear reporting on testing progress, defects, risks and release readiness.





What We're Looking For

- Strong experience as a Senior Test Analyst in complex enterprise environments.
- Retail testing experience highly desirable.
- Strong integration and end-to-end testing experience.
- Experience testing APIs and system-to-system integrations.
- Positive understanding of data flows and dependencies across integrated platforms.
- Experience with tools such as Postman and SQL highly regarded.
- Strong functional and manual testing fundamentals.
- Experience working across large Agile delivery programs.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
