We provide a 24-hour repair service to ensure minimal downtime for our clients across the Perth metro and regional sites. Our mission is to deliver expert service and advice so our customers make the best long-term decisions about their lifting equipment.

About the role

We are looking for a motivated, reliable and organised Service Coordinator to join our team. This is a varied role supporting the coordination of servicing, transport, equipment, site requirements and general administration across our operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Coordinate servicing schedules, including routine and periodic services

· Set up service jobs and ensure all required information is in place

· Check off assets once servicing has been completed

· Setup, maintain and update relevant databases

· Order parts and track supplier orders through to delivery

· Arrange machinery and truck hire as required

· Book deliveries and collections and coordinate transport requirements

· Organise flights, accommodation and vehicle hire for employees travelling for work

· Monitor site inductions and ensure requirements are kept up to date

· OH&S; administration and compliance





· Other duties and responsibilities as required to support the smooth operation of the business

About You

We are looking for someone who is highly organised, reliable and able to manage multiple priorities in a busy small-business environment. Strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to follow tasks through from start to finish are essential.

Experience in service coordination, scheduling or a similar industry would be highly regarded.

Essential Requirements

· Own transport

· Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
