About the role

This role is responsible for coordinating a team of commercial HVAC technicians, ensuring service jobs are scheduled efficiently and customers receive exceptional service. Working from the office in Artarmon, you'll become part of a supportive team culture where your contribution is valued.

Key responsibilities

- Coordinating and scheduling a team of commercial HVAC technicians
- Managing service bookings, call-outs and planned maintenance schedules
- Communicating with customers regarding service appointments and updates
- Monitoring job progress and technician utilisation
- Liaising with technicians to ensure timely completion of works
- Updating service information and job records using ServiceM8
- Processing work orders, purchase orders and related administration
- Delivering a high standard of customer service and support

About you

- Previous experience as a Service Coordinator,



Scheduler or similar role
- Experience coordinating field-based technicians or tradespeople
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Experience using ServiceM8 (highly regarded)
- The ability to multitask and prioritise competing demands
- A positive, team-focused attitude
