We require a Service Coordinator / Scheduler for our fast-growing electrical installation & service company in Australia. Our products blend practicality and designed to offer the best in quality and finish.

Due to our rapid expansion, we are in need of a Service Coordinator / Scheduler who can help ensure our high standards of work ethic and customer service continue.

The role

As a member of our 3-person team scheduling division you will be responsible for service team scheduling and job management to ensure successful business outcomes. Your previous telephone experience and attention to detail will ensure smooth workflow and positive outcomes.

Your responsibilities

- Liaise with customers, site staff and supervisors to ensure all information is correct
- Create/update/prioritise job plans and maintenance schedules in works management system Sim-pro.
- Identify and coordinate all resources required including labour to perform work in an efficient and cost-conscious manner.




- Review the work delivery forecast in conjunction with managers/supervisors
- Prepare and/or process ad hoc reports as required.

The person

- Demonstrated experience in a call center environment or dealing with high volume of calls.
- Demonstrated time management and organization skills with the ability to prioritize and complete tasks with competing deadlines.
- Ability to remain calm with customers.
- Proactive approach to gathering and collating information from key sources.
- Lateral thinker with well-developed analytical and pro-active problems solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail
