About the Role:

Are you a proven manufacturing leader ready to drive operational excellence? As our Manufacturing Manager at Huntingwood , you’ll take ownership of production performance and lead strategic initiatives that enhance safety, quality, efficiency and cost-effectiveness. This is your opportunity to shape the future of manufacturing at a company that values innovation, accountability and people.

What your days look like:

Lead daily line performance (Safety, Quality, OEE, Yield)

Coach & develop frontline leaders (60+ direct team)

Drive site safety culture & compliance initiatives

Identify & deliver CI and cost improvement projects

Partner with Quality, Safety & Ops on key priorities

The Ingredients for Success:

Solid leadership of frontline teams in manufacturing

FMCG or fast-paced production environment experience

Proven coaching & performance management capability

Lean / CI experience with measurable outcomes
