MN Spraybooths is an Australian owned and operated spray booth manufacturer recognized for supplying a broad range of high-performance spray paint booths and body shop systems that is second to none.

Located in Pakenham Victoria, our fully equipped workshop manufactures custom parts and projects in-house for nationwide distribution and installation.

We have a new opening for an experienced Sheet Metal Worker to join our manufacturing team.

Whether you have previous experience, fully qualified, or close to finishing your apprenticeship and looking for an opportunity to work whilst completing studies, our company will support the right candidate.

The job involves:

- Daily manufacture of sheet metal ductwork using a variety of metals and machinery to form and shape patterns.
- Aspects of mild steel, stainless steel and aluminum light to medium fabrication
- Cutting, shaping, and assembling sheet metal components
- Using workshop machinery such as press brakes, guillotines, and rollers
- Reading and interpreting basic technical drawings
- Welding and finishing work
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Supporting all areas to meet manufacturing needs

Skills required for the position:

- Fabrication of duct work and sheet metal joinery.
- Ability to work in a team and with minimum supervision.
- Good eye for detail and accuracy with measurements.
- Reliable and punctual.
- A positive and keen to learn attitude.




- Ability to learn quickly by following instructions.
- Easy going and friendly persona.
- Forklift license advantage or willingness to undertake training if required.

Skills and experience sought:

- Previous experience in the manufacturing of sheet metal products and ductwork is preferable, though on the job training will be provided.
- Previous experience with the use of machinery to form and shape sheet metal patterns.
