What we are looking for?

- Outstanding presentation, communication, time management and attention to detail.
- You have amooozing customer service skills and the ability to remain professional under pressure
- Australian citizenship is required for this position.

Responsibilities include;

- All Scoop Shop Operations including day to day operations, equipment maintenance, food safety, marketing and customer service
- Minimum 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience is required.
- Minimum 1+ years of retail or food service experience is required.
- Work with your team to bring customer excellence to our fans
- Establish a motivating work environment that actively encourages and supports employee involvement
- Implementation of all store policies and procedures.

Work Environment Scoop Shop is open 7 days per week, morning, and evening hours; individual must be willing to work a flexible rotating roster across nights, weekends, extended hours, and holidays.

Applicants must be 16+ years of age.

Job Types: Permanent, Casual Pay: $24.00 – $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 30.0 per week
