About the Role HCM Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Foreman to join our construction team and oversee the day-to-day delivery of projects across our portfolio.

Working closely with the Project Manager and Construction Manager, you will take responsibility for the effective coordination of site activities, subcontractors and trades, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to HCM Group's high standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate daily site operations and construction activities.
- Supervise subcontractors, trades and site personnel.
- Monitor quality, workmanship, safety and site compliance.
- Coordinate materials, deliveries and site resources.
- Ensure works are completed in accordance with plans, specifications and program requirements.
- Identify and resolve site issues and coordinate with the Project Manager where required.
- Maintain a protected, clean and organised construction site.
- Conduct regular site inspections and monitor progress against the program.
- Communicate effectively with consultants,



subcontractors and project stakeholders.
- Assist with project reporting, documentation and site records.

About You We are looking for someone who is hands-on, organised and takes pride in delivering quality work. You will have strong communication skills, a proactive approach and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities on a busy construction site.

Previous experience as a Foreman or leading hand on residential, commercial or multi-residential projects is highly regarded.
