- Lead a customer-centred operating model across the dealership and Modification Centre, coordinating teams to deliver safe, reliable, efficient and high-quality outcomes.
- Drive operational excellence through disciplined execution, regular performance reviews,
continuous improvement and clear accountability for quality, timeliness, productivity and customer outcomes.
- Use operational, financial and performance reporting to guide decisions, improve outcomes and drive accountability across the operation.
- Deliver outcomes through engaged teams by setting clear expectations, building capability, coaching leaders and creating accountability through regular communication and follow-up.
- Work collaboratively with the Group Support Services and ELT to strengthen employee engagement, improve business systems, support operational effectiveness and enable long-term growth.
About you

- You are confident translating strategy into practical operational plans, measurable outcomes and continuous improvement actions.
- You communicate clearly, build trusted relationships and know how to engage teams through change, accountability and shared purpose.
- Dealership, aftersales, transport, heavy vehicle or modification centre experience will be regarded positively but is not essential.
