The Opportunity

They're now looking for an experienced Foreman / Site Supervisor who has already developed strong construction knowledge and is ready to take another step towards Site Management.





You'll work alongside experienced Site Managers and Project Managers while taking increasing ownership of subcontractors, programme, quality, safety and day-to-day site delivery.

This isn't about throwing you onto a project and hoping you work it out.

You'll be surrounded by experienced construction professionals, given hands-on exposure to quality projects and supported as you develop the skills required to eventually take ownership of your own sites.

About You

You'll ideally have

- Trade or tertiary qualification in construction
- Experience delivering commercial projects
- Strong understanding of quality construction and finishes
- Ability to coordinate and build relationships with subcontractors
- Stable employment history
- Reliable references

More importantly, you'll be ambitious. You take pride in construction, enjoy learning from experienced people and want to keep developing rather than remaining at the same level for the next five years.
