Skin Therapist The Beauty Estate is growing, and we’re looking for a,passionate Skin & Laser Therapist to join our boutique clinic in Mosman.

About the role

- full time opportunity
- Performing advanced skin and laser treatments including:
- RF Skin Needling
- Skin Needling
- HydraFacials

- Chemical Peels
- Laser Hair Removal

- Conducting detailed skin consultations and creating personalised treatment plans
- Educating clients on their skin, treatment journeys, and home care

- Confidently rebooking clients and building long-term relationships
- Supporting content creation for social media (education, treatments, behind-the-scenes)
- Maintaining high treatment standards and exceptional client experience

What we’re looking for

- Diploma in Beauty Therapy or equivalent (essential)
- Experience with advanced skin treatments




- A genuine desire to grow, learn, and be better each day

- Passion for educating clients and recommending what’s best for their skin
- Strong communication and client care skills
- Professional presentation and strong work ethic
- Comfortable in front of the camera (or willing to learn)
