Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of commercial construction projects , our client is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to oversee the successful delivery of projects across Sydney CBD and the wider Sydney Metro area .

Your Responsibilities

- Take ownership of the day-to-day delivery of commercial electrical projects from site commencement through to completion.
- Lead and manage Electrical Foremen, Leading Hands, Electricians and subcontractors.
- Coordinate electrical works with Builders, Project Managers, Consultants and other trades.
- Manage labour, materials, procurement and programming to maintain project milestones.
- Oversee site coordination, construction sequencing and resolution of technical issues.
- Monitor project progress, productivity, quality and installation standards.
- Drive site safety,



WHS compliance and project requirements.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.

About You

- Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager or Junior Project Manager within commercial construction.
- Strong track record delivering large-scale commercial electrical projects.
- Confident managing site teams, subcontractors and multiple work fronts.
- Strong understanding of commercial construction methodology, programming and project delivery.
- Experienced working closely with builders, consultants and project management teams.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Current NSW Electrical Licence and Construction White Card.
- Full Australian Driver's Licence.
