We’re looking for a strategic and aesthetically-minded Social Media Manager to oversee content creation, scheduling, and community management across a diverse portfolio of client accounts.

About the Role

This is a dynamic, hands-on role managing social media for approximately 10-15 client brands across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Tik Tok. You’ll work closely with Morning’s creative team to bring brand stories to life through curated content, copywriting, and digital storytelling. Each account is design-forward, with a distinct tone, aesthetic, and audience, so a love of detail, variety, and visual storytelling is essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement monthly content plans across 10-15 client social accounts
- Write captions that reflect each brand’s unique voice and positioning
- Source, brief,



or curate visual content (in collaboration with our design team and/or client assets)
- Create social media graphics and layouts using Canva and/or Adobe tools
- Schedule and publish content using tools like Sked, Loomly, or similar
- Monitor account performance and make strategic recommendations for growth
- Engage with audiences and build meaningful interactions (where applicable)
- Maintain a clear content calendar across all clients, ensuring timelines and expectations are met
- Contribute to brand storytelling, campaign ideas, and seasonal planning sessions

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

- Has 2-4 years experience in a social media/content role (agency or multi-brand experience is ideal)
- Can confidently use Canva and/or Adobe tools to produce polished, on-brand visuals
- Is proactive, organised, and efficient at juggling multiple accounts
- Understands Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Tik Tok as brand tools (and how to use each strategically)
- Is a strong communicator who thrives in collaborative, creative environments
- Enjoys working with thoughtful, design-driven brands and businesses
