Role Description The Social Media Manager / Community Manager will be responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms to grow and engage the community. Day-to-day activities include drafting posts, optimizing content for reach and engagement, responding to comments and messages, and moderating discussions in online groups or forums.

The role also involves coordinating content calendars, collaborating with the educational team to highlight new learning materials, monitoring analytics, and adjusting strategies based on performance data. This is a part-time remote role, offering flexibility while requiring consistent online presence and reliable communication.

Qualifications

- Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to manage campaigns, build audience engagement, and improve visibility.




- Strong Communication and Writing skills to create transparent, accurate, and engaging content for diverse audiences.
- Content Strategy experience to plan editorial calendars, align messaging with brand goals, and adapt content to different platforms.
- Familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube) and basic social media analytics tools.
- Interest in algorithmic trading, Python programming, or financial markets is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and collaborate asynchronously with a distributed team.
- Prior experience in community management, online education, or tech/finance sectors is a plus.
