The Social Media

Manager / Community Manager will collaborate with internal stakeholders to align content with marketing goals, develop and refine content calendars, and optimize posts based on performance metrics and audience insights.

Responsibilities also include tracking key social media KPIs, preparing simple performance reports, and suggesting improvements to campaigns and community initiatives. The role requires maintaining a consistent brand voice, staying current with social media trends, and adhering to relevant industry guidelines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to manage platforms, grow audiences, and improve engagement.
