About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Solar PV Roofer or Apprentice to join our team at Southwest Solar Force. This full-time role is based in Bunbury and will play a crucial part in the installation and maintenance of solar photovoltaic systems on residential and commercial properties.

What you'll be doing

- Installing solar panels, inverters and other components on roofs and other structures
- Conducting safety checks and testing to ensure the quality and reliability of solar installations
- Troubleshooting and repairing any issues with existing solar PV systems
- Maintaining detailed records and documentation of all installations and service work
- Collaborating with the wider team to deliver high-quality solar solutions for our customers

What we're looking for

- Relevant qualifications and experience in the solar or electrical industry, or a willingness to undertake an apprenticeship
- Solid understanding of solar PV system design, installation, and maintenance
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to safe working practices
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication and customer service skills




- A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
