Role Description: The Sourcing Procurement Manager is a full-time, on-site role. This role is responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies for uniforms, specialist workwear, PPE, and related workplace resources. Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying (on/offshore) suppliers, evaluating proposals, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, reliability, and working with our CMO on supplier co-op marketing program initiatives.
The Sourcing Procurement
Manager will analyse spend data, monitor market trends, and collaborate with internal stakeholders such as operations,
warehousing, and distribution teams to align procurement activities with business needs. The role also involves continuous improvement of procurement processes, risk management in the supply base, and supporting sustainability and compliance initiatives.
Qualifications
- Solid procurement and sourcing capabilities, including experience in Procurement and Supplier Evaluation.
- Proven skills in Supplier Management, including performance monitoring and relationship development.
- Demonstrated expertise in Contract Negotiation, including terms, pricing, and service-level agreements.
- Advanced Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret data, assess risk, and support evidence-based decisions.
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, or workforce resource management (uniforms, workwear, PPE) is highly beneficial.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
- Solid organisational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Familiarity with procurement systems and tools; experience with technology-enabled sourcing platforms is an advantage.
