Spa Coordinator – Ocean Day Spa (Surfers Paradise)

We are looking for a friendly, reliable and well-presented Spa Coordinator to join our team at Ocean Day Spa.

This is a hands-on role in a busy spa setting, ideal for someone with a background in beauty and massage therapy who is organised, proactive, confident with clients and able to coordinate the smooth running of the spa.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating daily spa operations and appointment flow
- Managing the appointment schedule and filling booking gaps
- Answering phone calls for both Ocean Day Spa and Relaxation Corporation
- Managing bookings, payments and client enquiries
- Welcoming clients and ensuring they receive excellent service
- Supporting therapists with treatment-related questions
- Following up on client enquiries and missed calls
- Handling client concerns professionally
- Recommending and selling retail products
- Monitoring, managing and ordering stock
- Preparing and serving cheese boards and refreshments
- Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the spa
- Washing, folding and organising towels and linen
- Assisting with opening and closing procedures

We are looking for someone who:

- Has previous experience in the beauty and massage industry
- Has a strong understanding of spa treatments and products




- Can confidently support therapists with treatment-related questions
- Has excellent communication, sales and customer service skills
- Is confident using computers, email and booking systems
- Is reliable, responsible and takes initiative
- Can multitask and remain organised in a busy environment
- Has strong attention to detail
- Can resolve day-to-day issues professionally
- Works well independently and as part of a team

Position details:

- Casual position
- Five days per week
- $35 per hour
- Ocean Day Spa is open Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
- Saturday availability is required
- Based in Surfers Paradise
- Long-term availability is preferred
