About the RoleAs a Speech Pathologist, you will provide assessment and therapy across a diverse range of communication and swallowing needs. Your caseload can be tailored to your experience, interests and preferred client group.

Your responsibilities will include

- Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualised treatment plans
- Providing evidence-based intervention for speech, language, communication and swallowing disorders
- Working with clients across different age groups, depending on your interests
- Collaborating with Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals
- Supporting clients, families and carers with practical communication strategies and education
- Monitoring client progress and maintaining high-quality clinical documentation
- Participating in case discussions and contributing to a positive multidisciplinary team environment
- Staying up to date with current clinical practices through ongoing professional development





About YouWe are looking for a passionate and client-focused Speech Pathologist who is committed to delivering high-quality clinical care.

You will ideally have

- A recognised tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- Current Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) membership or eligibility for membership
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine interest in helping clients achieve their individual goals
- The ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team
- A commitment to evidence-based practice and continued career development
