Our client is a growing electrical infrastructure contractor delivering high voltage and utility projects across New South Wales. Backed by a well-established Australian industrial group, they are investing heavily in growth and expanding their Sydney operations.

Description

- Supervise daily electrical construction activities across multiple project sites
- Coordinate internal crews, subcontractors and suppliers
- Liaise with clients, builders, councils and network service providers
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule and to specification
- Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks and safety documentation
- Manage workforce productivity, site resources and project execution
- Resolve construction issues in collaboration with project teams




- Build and maintain robust stakeholder relationships throughout delivery

Profile

A successful Electrical Supervisor should have:

- A trade qualification or relevant certification in electrical work.
- Experience with cable terminations and/or jointing activities
- Experience in managing electrical projects within the construction industry.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and plans.
