We are looking for a Client Onboarding Specialist to support our business in seamless and consistent Client Onboarding outcomes. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, improving processes, solving problems and ensuring quality service delivery.
Our ideal candidate has the ability to apply a robust understanding of our business complexity, processes and people, to build solutions and support stakeholders in applying them. They will seek out feedback directly from clients and stakeholders, to ensure solutions presented are fit-for-purpose.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships internally and externally.
- Coordinate and support consistent client onboarding activities across the business.
- Gather stakeholder and client feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support change initiatives.
- Create practical guides, resources and tools to support operational teams.
- Track onboarding outcomes and provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Ensure client information, account structures and system data remain accurate and compliant.
Transferrable Skills / Background Required:
We are open to candidates with no experience in a similar role structure, if they are able to demonstrate capability in the below transferrable skills.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience coordinating processes, projects or business activities across different functions
- Strong problem-solving ability with a focus on continuous improvement
- Ability to simplify complex information and communicate it effectively to others
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes
- Confidence influencing and supporting stakeholders without direct authority
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer and stakeholder experiences
