Bar Manager Duties:

- Ensuring that the bar is well organised on a day to day basis, from cleanliness to appropriate staffing, preparation, ordering of necessary equipment for both bar and restaurant.

- Assist the Venue Manager in the development of Cocktail, Wine & Drinks lists for approval by General Manager.

- Assist in the development and maintenance of the bar

- Introduce and implement new and innovative ideas to generate revenue.





- Food and beverage service of the highest standard Training new staff in bar procedures

- Maintaining the cleanliness and operating standards of all beer lines throughout all venues via monthly cleaning of lines, taps & cool rooms

- Liaise with Security when onsite regarding all security issues.

- Opening and closing the venue.

- Assist with drink packages and events for the venue.
