We are currently recruiting for a number of permanent HVAC opportunities across Brisbane with established mechanical contractors working across commercial service, maintenance and installation projects.

These roles suit qualified HVAC technicians looking for long-term stability, competitive packages and the opportunity to work with reputable businesses that have strong ongoing pipelines of work.

Depending on your experience, opportunities are available across service, preventative maintenance, breakdowns, commissioning and installation, with roles suitable for experienced technicians through to senior and supervisory level candidates.

The roles

Current opportunities include:

- Commercial HVAC service and maintenance
- Breakdown and reactive maintenance
- Preventative maintenance
- Fault finding and diagnostics
- Split, ducted and VRF/VRV systems
- Installation and commissioning
- Commercial air conditioning and mechanical services
- Reading and interpreting plans and technical documentation
- Liaising with clients, site managers and other trades
- Completing service reports and relevant documentation
- Working independently across multiple sites
- Leading apprentices or small teams where required

What we are looking for

To be considered,



you will ideally have:

- Relevant HVAC / refrigeration trade qualification
- Current ARCtick licence
- Current QLD electrical or restricted electrical licence where required
- Commercial HVAC service, maintenance or installation experience
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic ability
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Current driver's licence
- Solid safety awareness
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Reliable attitude and pride in your workmanship

Experience across commercial buildings, facilities, retail, health, education or large-scale mechanical systems will be highly regarded.
