The Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) is a key part of the Westhaven leadership team and as such will be integral to supporting residents and staff traverse the aged care reform agenda. To be successful, the NUM Westhaven requires considerable aged care clinical experience, be skilled in change management, have knowledge of the broader aged care system and approved provider responsibilities.

Roma is the largest town in the Maranoa Region and offers an array of city-like conveniences with friendly country hospitality. Servicing a catchment population of almost 14,000, Westhaven is a small residential aged care facility where care is provided in a family like setting within the broader Roma community.
