About the role

We're seeking an experienced Culture Specialist to play a key role in designing and delivering culture initiatives that support a significant enterprise-wide transformation program. Partnering with leaders across the business, you'll use organisational diagnostics, behavioural science and culture insights to help create an exceptional employee experience and enable lasting organisational change.

In this role, you’ll help translate culture ambition into practical, everyday ways of working, supporting leaders and teams to build the behaviours, mindsets and experiences needed for lasting change.

What you'll be doing:

- Designing and delivering culture assessments using qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
- Conducting organisational diagnostics, interviews, workshops, focus groups and behavioural analysis.
- Partnering with senior leaders to define and embed future-state culture and ways of working.
- Developing and implementing evidence-based culture and organisational development interventions.
- Supporting the delivery of integrated culture,



change and communication strategies.
- Facilitating workshops and leadership discussions to drive alignment and engagement.
- Developing meaningful culture metrics, monitoring progress and providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

What you'll bring:

- Degree qualification in Organisational Development, Organisational Psychology, Human Resources, Behavioural Science or a related discipline.
- Significant experience in organisational development, culture transformation or change management within large and complex organisations.
- Strong experience conducting organisational diagnostics, culture assessments and behavioural change initiatives.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organisation.
- Advanced facilitation, consulting and workshop design capabilities.
- Robust analytical, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate insights into practical actions.
- Experience contributing to integrated culture, change and communication strategies.
- Knowledge of contemporary organisational development, behavioural science and culture practices.
