We're looking for a highly organised and technology-savvy Sales Administration Coordinator to support our growing sales team help connect local residents with trusted local businesses.
This is a varied role that combines sales administration, CRM management, content coordination, lead research and customer support. If you love systems, enjoy learning new technology, have exceptional attention to detail, and take pride in keeping things running smoothly, we'd love to hear from you.

We help residents in Perth connect with their community , whether it is helping them find a local community group or a trusted local business that they would be happy to refer to their friends and family. Residents across Perth can enjoy flicking through one of our 63 local magazines, reading our weekly email newsletter called That Local Feeling or browsing our community website to find some extra helpful info.
The opportunity
Little Aussie Communities is experiencing high growth as local businesses discover the benefits of working with their local community and closer to home.
Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will support the team to operate more efficiently and ensure our local business bookings and content operation data is correct and managed in a timely manner.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety, learns quickly and is comfortable working across multiple systems and processes.
What you will be doing?
You will help support the sales team to grow the number of local trusted businesses that can connect with residents that are community minded.
This will include:
Sales support & administration
- Manage leads and opportunities within Dynamics 365 CRM
- Assist the sales team with administrative support and account coordination
- Create and manage advertising bookings for new and existing advertisers
- Maintain accurate customer content
- Support lead research, data management and other sales support functions.
Content & production coordination
- Use established workflows to create content for local business websites, magazine advertising content and "That Local Feeling" email newsletter content
- Coordinate production requirements and ensure deadlines are met
- Assist with customer content collection and information management
Local business & community support
- Monitor and respond to selected local business enquiries, calls and emails
- Process competition and promotion feedback
- Make proactive customer phone calls when required
- Deliver a positive customer experience through accurate and timely communication
We manage strict deadlines so you will need the ability to self-manage under pressure as our team successfully publish the magazines and email newsletters.
You'll also need to be a team player, as you will collaborate with our General Manager, Sales, Production and Development Operations teams to deliver an outstanding advertiser experience.
Who we are looking for?
You do not necessarily need to have been in advertising or content creation industry as we will teach you everything about content and local advertising.
You may have previously worked as an Office Administrator, Sales Administrator, Sales Coordinator, Marketing Coordinator, Client Services Coordinator, Operations Administrator or CRM Administrator.
What we need from you?
Essential skills & experience
- Previous administration, coordination or office support experience
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confidence learning new software and systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional phone manner
- Proactive and solutions-focused approach
Desirable skills
- CRM experience (Dynamics 365 highly regarded)
- Basic Adobe InDesign experience (desirable but not required)
- Experience working with Microsoft 365
- Exposure to MYOB or similar accounting software
- Experience in using basic AI tools and systems
