Mount Scopus Memorial College is one of the world’s most respected co-educational Jewish Day Schools operating across three campuses in Melbourne and we educate over 1400 students from Early Learning to Year 12.

The College is seeking a pro-active, highly organised Campus Administrator to join our Fink Karp Ivany (FKI) Campus located in Caulfield South. This is a full-time ongoing position working Monday to Friday from 8.00 am until 4.00 pm, with a one hour lunch break.

As the "welcoming face" of the campus, you will deliver essential front-of-house, administrative, and operational support across our Primary School, Early Learning Centre (ELC), and Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) programs. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining smooth daily operations, supporting educators, maintaining health and safety compliance, and coordinating key logistical activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Front-of-House & Customer Service: Provide a warm, professional greeting to parents, visitors, and students; manage incoming inquiries, correspondence, and reception duties.

- School & Event Logistics: Coordinate Program Support Group (PSG) meetings, NAPLAN logistics, excursion arrangements, weekly newsletters, room bookings, and CRT scheduling.

- Financial & Administrative Support: Manage timesheet data submissions to Payroll, manage classroom/office supply orders, track campus budgets, and support Parent Association initiatives.

- Dietary Safety & Catering: Oversee fresh produce/challah orders, ensure strict adherence to Kosher and allergen-safe guidelines, and maintain up-to-date allergy and medical management registers.

- Early Childhood & OSHC Support: Act as a qualified relief staff member (to support educator-to-child ratios during peak periods or breaks) and interact with children in line with regulatory requirements.

- WHS, First Aid & Emergency Management:



Serve as the designated WHS onsite representative, first aid responder, and emergency fire warden. Manage the Digital Work System (DWS) and maintain emergency/first aid kits.

What you bring to the Role

- Experience: experience working in a similar role in a school environment is preferred

- First Aid: Current Advanced First Aid Certificate (HLTAID014).

- Software Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Google Suite and MS Office; experience with school management software (e.g., TASS), NAPLAN coordination tools, and budget tracking.

- Emergency Management: Training as a Fire Warden / Emergency Management (or willingness to complete immediately).

- Compliance & Checks: Current Victorian Driver’s License, current Working with Children Check (WWCC), National Police Check, and eligibility to work in Australia.

- Education: Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care is desirable
