Talent Focus Education is partnering with a highly regarded independent school in Sydney to recruit passionate Early Learning Educators to join its established Early Learning Centre.

This is a full-time opportunity for educators who want to work in a team-oriented, child-focused environment where professional development, inclusion and high-quality early learning are genuinely valued.

- Full-time, permanent opportunity
- 4 weeks annual leave + an additional 2 weeks gifted leave over Christmas each year

- Centre operating hours of 7:00am – 6:00pm
- 8-hour rotating shifts within operating hours

About the Role

Working alongside Early Childhood Teachers and a dedicated team of educators, you will contribute to the development and delivery of engaging, child-focused learning experiences aligned with the EYLF and National Quality Framework.

You’ll support children’s individual strengths,



interests and developmental needs while contributing to observations, documentation, planning and critical reflection.

Most importantly, you’ll have the prospect to build genuine relationships with children and families and be part of an Early Learning community that values curiosity, inclusion, collaboration and children’s agency.

About You To be considered, you will ideally have:

- An ACECQA-approved Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Current NSW Working With Children Check
- ACECQA-approved First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications
- Child Protection training or willingness to obtain required certification
- Sound knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A genuine passion for high-quality early childhood education
- A collaborative, positive and proactive approach
