An exciting opportunity for a Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting and business performance across a leading industrial manufacturing operation. Working closely with operational leaders, you will provide meaningful analysis and insights to support strategic and day-to-day decision making.

Description

- Prepare weekly and monthly management reporting and financial analysis
- Analyse manufacturing costs, margins and operational performance metrics
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities
- Partner with operations, supply chain and production teams to provide commercial insights
- Monitor key performance indicators and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements
- Support month-end reporting, variance analysis and management commentary
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions and investment opportunities
- Assist with inventory analysis, stock reporting and working capital management
- Ensure financial data integrity and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives
- Support ad hoc projects and analysis as required by senior leadership

Profile





- Degree qualified in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline
- CA/CPA qualified or working towards completion will be highly regarded
- 3+ years' experience in a Financial Analyst, Commercial Analyst or Management Accountant position
- Previous experience within manufacturing, industrial, FMCG or related sectors preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modelling and data analysis
- Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Pronto, Microsoft Dynamics or similar
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across the business
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, commercially focused mindset
