A well-established commercial construction contractor with a strong pipeline of industrial projects across South East Queensland, including warehouses, business parks, logistics facilities and commercial developments.

Description

- Manage the design process from concept through to construction.
- Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants and project teams.
- Review documentation, design changes, approvals and buildability.
- Identify and resolve design issues before they impact delivery.
- Work closely with Project Managers, Construction Managers and clients.
- Manage design risks, programme and consultant deliverables.

Profile

- Proven experience as a Design Manager with a head contractor.
- Must have experience delivering industrial projects up to $20M.
- Robust understanding of construction methodology and buildability.
- Experienced managing multidisciplinary consultants and design teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercially minded with strong attention to detail.
- Australian or New Zealand head contractor experience required.
- Must be an Australian Citizen / NZ Citizen..
