About the Company
Our client is a well-established EPC delivery partner within the renewable energy sector. With a strong pipeline of secured work we are seeking supervisors from all disciplines to help deliver the next long term project.
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Supervisors who enjoy hands-on project delivery and leading crews across regional and remote civil construction environments.
Depending on the project, scopes may include:
- Bulk earthworks, cut/fill and formation works
- Access roads and haul roads
- Drainage, culverts and stormwater
- FRP & Structural Concrete
- HV/MV electrical infrastructure
- Hardstands / crane pads / laydown areas
- Excavation and preparation for large concrete foundations
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:
- Previous experience as a Supervisor within a major project setting
- Strong experience across major bulk earthworks, FRP, drainage & roads
- Experience managing large crews
- Strong crew, plant and subcontractor management capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to drive productivity while maintaining high safety and quality standards
- Previous FIFO, DIDO or remote construction experience highly regarded
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Relevant construction tickets and licences
