About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Consultant to join the team at Green RV in Forest Glen, Queensland. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers throughout the sales process. This is a full-time position, offering competitive remuneration and the opportunity to work for a dynamic and growing company within the sales industry. Saturday availability is essential and forms part of the standard working week for this position.

What you'll be doing

- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and requirements

- Demonstrate and showcase the features and benefits of our products to customers

- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely responses

- Assist customers throughout the sales process, from initial contact to final purchase

- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall sales goals of the company

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product range, industry trends and competitor offerings

- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the customer experience and sales processes

What we're looking for

- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the retail or customer service industry

- Robust interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers





- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills to handle customer queries and objections

- A self-motivated and results-driven approach, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

- Familiarity with the sales industry and the ability to stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor offerings

- Passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to delivering a positive customer experience
