- Salary Package: Circa $70K
- Fully Maintained Company Vehicle + Monthly Commissions & Communication Allowance

About Our Client

Our client is an award-winning real estate agency with over 25 years of experience in the Property Management industry. Due to the continued growth of their expanding portfolio across Newcastle, the Central Coast and Hunter Valley, they are seeking an experienced and passionate Property Manager to join their established team.

What You Will Be Doing

- Managing your own portfolio of residential properties
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Overseeing day-to-day property management requirements
- Conducting routine inspections and managing maintenance requests
- Coordinating repairs and liaising with trades and contractors
- Ensuring properties are managed in accordance with relevant legislation
- Providing exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants
- Maintaining accurate records and completing administration requirements

What You Will Need

- Class 2 Real Estate Licence Essential
- Minimum 2 years' Property Management experience
- Current Drivers Licence
- High attention to detail and robust organisational skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills




- Strong customer service approach
- Positive and passionate attitude towards the Real Estate industry
- Willingness to continue learning and developing your skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
