Orchard, a leading medical communications agency based in Sydney, Australia, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Medical Copywriter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing compelling and accurate medical content for a diverse range of clients in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.

- Translate complex medical/scientific concepts into transparent, concise copy
- Create branded HCP campaign materials including websites, detail aids, leave behinds, emails
- Create HCP medical education campaign materials including slide decks, invites, workbooks, and other collateral
- Lead brands from both strategy and copy perspectives with minimal oversight




- Drive the editorial process from first draft to final proof; ensure accuracy and quality
- Partner with design, strategy, account, and project management teams
- Ensure all content is on-brand and Code-compliant
- Drive copy and strategic perspectives in client meetings
- Manage competing priorities
- Provide oversight, guidance and support to junior writers
- Play a key role in researching and developing content for proposals and pitch presentations
- Stay up to date on current trends in medical education and pharma industry developments
