We are seeking to appoint a Designer, Civil Queensland, this is a newly created role due to robust organic growth and can be located in our Brisbane, Gold Coast or Sunshine Coast office. You will report directly into the Principal Engineer and have the backing of a team of over 540 experts nationally. You’ll work closely with experienced engineers, project managers and clients, using your technical expertise to develop practical, high-quality civil designs across a range of projects.
Specifically:
- Review sketches, drawings and engineering data received from external consultants, clients and internal stakeholders
- Create detailed engineering designs and construction drawings compliant with industry standards and codes
- Analyse and prepare reports, drawings, planning and design documents for urban development projects
- Liaise with stakeholders on a regular basis to manage project variations
