To support increasing demand, our client is now looking for a Speech Pathologist to join their expanding team. You will receive hands-on support from an experienced Director, including weekly clinical supervision, regular check-ins, and a structured 12-week induction program designed to set you up for success.
About the role:
As a Contractor Speech Pathologist, you will work closely with children and their families to deliver meaningful, evidence-based therapy services across a variety of settings.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assessing speech, language, communication, and literacy delays or disorders
- Developing and implementing individualised therapy plans
- Delivering therapy services in homes, schools, kindergartens, and via telehealth
- Collaborating with families, educators, and multidisciplinary professionals
- Creating and adapting therapy resources to meet individual client needs
- Using a strengths-based and neurodiversity-affirming approach to intervention
- Completing documentation and administrative tasks in a timely manner
- Participating in team meetings, supervision sessions, and professional development activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor of Speech Pathology (or equivalent)
- Current or eligible membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
- Passion for working with children and supporting their development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Eagerness to learn and grow professionally
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Valid Australian driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
