Job Description

- Lead and develop the national Business Manager team, driving Finance, Warranty and Insurance (FW&I;) performance across the Dutton Automotive retail network.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximise finance penetration, gross profit, warranty and insurance sales.
- Coach and support Business Managers to achieve consistent commercial performance and exceptional customer outcomes.
- Partner with Retail Leadership and Dutton Financial Services to optimise finance opportunities, deal flow and settlement efficiency.
- Build solid relationships with lenders, financiers, insurers and product providers to support commercial outcomes.
- Monitor FW&I; performance, identify opportunities and provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership.
- Ensure all FW&I; activities meet NCCP, Responsible Lending, Privacy, AML/CTF and Australian Credit Licence requirements.
- Drive consistent national FW&I; processes, capability and best practice while supporting continuous improvement across the network.
