Bump Day Spa is seeking an exceptional massage therapist to join our growing team at our new Burleigh Heads location.

As a much-loved day spa brand with an established presence across Sydney and our beautiful Fortitude Valley location in Brisbane, we have expanded into Burleigh Heads to bring our signature women’s wellness experience to the Gold Coast.

We offer luxury pregnancy and post-natal treatments, as well as remedial, aromatherapy, hot stone, and deep tissue massages, delivering nurturing care and a five-star experience to every client. Responsibilities and Duties

You will provide exceptional service as a Massage Therapist, delivering pregnancy and post-natal treatments, spa packages, and general massages. On other days, you will support front desk operations, including welcoming clients, managing bookings, and assisting with administrative tasks. Some days may involve a combination of both roles. You will create a welcoming and nurturing experience from the moment a client arrives until they leave,



help maintain treatment rooms and the spa, build and maintain a client base, and contribute positively to a high-performing, collaborative team.

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent in Massage/Remedial Massage or Beauty Therapy. Current HICAPS provider number or eligibility for registration is preferred but not essential. The ability to perform a range of treatments including massage, body treatments, and facials. Pregnancy massage and facial training can be provided for the right candidate. Newly qualified candidates with the right attitude and eagerness are welcome to apply.

- Experience with booking systems, preferably ZENOTI, or the ability to quickly learn new systems.

- A commitment to women’s health, particularly during pregnancy.

- Exceptional interpersonal and superior customer service skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

- Strong attention to detail, and excellent organisational and time management skills.

- A willingness to support front desk and administrative duties as part of your hybrid role.

- The ability to create a positive first impression, understanding the importance of five-star service.

- Confidence and fluency in English.
