Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled Boilermaker to join our dedicated team in Toowoomba.
As a Boilermaker at TTQ, you will play a crucial role in the fabrication and assembly of our high-quality agricultural machinery. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about metal work and wants to contribute to the agricultural industry while being part of a leading Australian manufacturer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fabricate and weld steel components for agricultural equipment.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy.
- Operate welding machines and other machinery safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and solve fabrication challenges.
Requirements:
- Trade qualification in Boilermaking or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in metal fabrication and welding.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- A team player with good communication skills
- Forklift License would be advantageous
